DJ系列矩形頂管掘進機，采用土壓平衡方式，能夠適應絕大部分矩形頂管施工地質需求。分別采取主刀盤配輔助刀盤及多刀盤兩種結構形式。能夠更好地根據(jù)需要有選擇地進行設備選型。設備動力冗余大，脫困能力強，采用進口的測量元件，高精度的進行4軸監(jiān)控。隨時掌控設備運行狀況。集成化的糾偏系統(tǒng)配合刀盤轉向，更好的為施工提供設備支持。

DJ series Rectangular Pipe Jacking Machine adopts the EPB method, which can meet the geological requirements of most rectangular pipe jacking construction.Two types of structure are used, one is the main cutter plate with auxiliary cutter plate and the other is multi-cutter plate.

The equipment has large power redundancy and strong ability to get out of trouble.With imported measuring element to monitor 4-axis high precision control. The integrated steering system can be combined with the turning of cutter disk to provide better equipment support for construction

2.糾偏時，糾偏油缸和刀盤聯(lián)動，在糾偏油缸提供軸向單側力矩的同時刀盤提供旋轉力矩。更好的進行糾偏工作

Uponsteering, the rectifying oil cylinder makemovement consistently with the cutter. The rotary torque of the cutter is provided when the axial one-side torque is provided by the rectifying oil cylinder.

3.全進口的測量系統(tǒng)，提供除常規(guī)XY軸以外的測量，總計4軸監(jiān)測。在任何方向變化的初始階段，即可檢測并糾偏，防患于未然
